Mobility opportunities
Visiting faculty and staff may participate in the following activities:
- Teaching Mobility — проведення лекцій, семінарів, майстер-класів, участь у спільних освітніх заходах.
- Staff Training Mobility — участь у тренінгах, семінарах, обмінах досвідом, стажуваннях у відповідних підрозділах МЄУ (міжнародний відділ, QA, відділ ІТ, навчально-наукові інститути, офіс підтримки студента, тощо).
- Job shadowing & study visits — ознайомчі візити для розбудови партнерств і спільних проєктів.
How to apply
To organize your mobility to IEU, please:
We will help coordinate the teaching or training program and select the appropriate host unit/department.
- Obtain an official invitation from the host
- Based on the agreed program, a Mobility Agreement (Teaching/Training) is prepared.
- Sign the Mobility Agreement and Grant Agreement at your institution and at IEU.
- Arrive at IEU and begin mobility according to the agreed dates.

Application deadlines
- For mobility in the autumn semester — applications are accepted until May 15.
- For mobility in the spring semester — until November 15.
(Flexible timelines are possible for short-term trainings and individual invitations.)
Additional information
- Mobility Agreements may be submitted in English.
- The duration of visits can range from 2 to 12 days (depending on the type of mobility).
- We provide individual support with visa and organizational matters.
