Internal academic mobility is an opportunity for International European University students to complete part of their studies at another Ukrainian higher education institution that is a partner of the University, or based on individual agreements. This form of mobility helps broaden academic experience, increase students’ competitiveness in the labor market, and develop inter-university cooperation in Ukraine.
Participants of internal mobility can:
- study at another Ukrainian HEI for one semester or an academic year;
- take courses that correspond to or extend their IEU study program;
- participate in research or professional projects, practical training, and internships;
- develop soft skills, gaining new knowledge and experience.
Internal academic mobility is implemented based on:
- partnership agreements between IEU and Ukrainian universities;
- individual mobility programs initiated by students and approved by the administration;
- national or international projects that support academic mobility in Ukraine.
ECTS credits obtained within internal academic mobility are counted and transferred in accordance with the current IEU Learning Outcomes Recognition Policy.
