▫️Goal: Strengthening parliamentary democracy in the world through the development of international cooperation, coordination of the activities of representations and strengthening the role of the European Parliament in global parliamentary diplomacy
▫️For whom:
– Students or graduates with the ability to work both independently and in a team
– Candidates with excellent writing skills in English (knowledge of Ukrainian or French will be an advantage)
– Individuals who can communicate effectively and tactfully with different stakeholders
– People with developed critical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions
– Have or will soon receive a higher education (bachelor’s level or higher) no later than 3 months before the start of the internship
▫️Main tasks:
– Assistance in organizing meetings, events and other activities
– Support communication and work with social networks
– Participation in meetings of committees and delegations and preparation of reports
– Coordination of interaction with internal and external partners
– Preparation of written materials (speeches, presentations, briefings, letters, notes)
– Providing operational support to the team
– Cooperation with other units within the Directorate and DG PART
– Studying the structure and work of the European Parliament, in particular in the area of partnerships
– Carrying out administrative and practical tasks as needed
– Supporting activities related to the parliamentary presence of the European Parliament in Ukraine and cooperation with Ukrainian partners
