Academic Mobility
Outgoing Academic Mobility for Higher Education Students
(Outgoing student mobility)
The International European University actively supports student international mobility, which is one of the key principles of the Bologna Process. Academic mobility helps expand educational opportunities, integrate into the European educational area, and increase the competitiveness of our graduates.
📚 Mobility for Bachelor’s Students
Students of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education have the opportunity to study for a semester (or a year) at a partner university abroad. This experience is an important component of a student’s academic development, is recognized within the individual study plan, and shapes their individual educational trajectory (IET).
ECTS credits earned during studies abroad are transferred based on a pre-agreed Learning Agreement and the relevant recognition procedures.
🎓 Mobility for Master’s Students
IEU provides opportunities for studies abroad for students of the second (master’s) level as well. This may include a study semester at a partner institution or participation in short-term programs.
✈️ Internships Abroad
Students can also undertake international internships within programs such as Erasmus+, gaining valuable professional experience in an international environment. Such internships do not replace full academic mobility but are an important complement to studies.
📌 Benefits of Academic Mobility
