Training in Belgium
The training “Words between the Lines” is about hearing more than words say. About emotions, meanings, pauses, body language and deeper communication with youth and in communities. The training will focus on developing empathetic and conscious communication, better understanding of emotions and unspoken meanings, tools for building trust and solidarity in working with youth and communities.

Requirements:
▪️ youth worker from 18 years old
▪️ open to active participation during and after the project
▪️ ready to work in a multicultural environment
▪️ speak English at a basic level
▪️ organizational contribution 2500 UAH
Funding:
▪️ Travel, accommodation, meals and activities are fully covered
