Youth Training in Georgia
Entrepreneurship4IVS is a project for volunteers and youth workers that helps develop entrepreneurial thinking to introduce innovations into volunteer projects, master competencies for the development of volunteer organizations (IVS) and create an action plan to test new skills in their organization.

Requirements:
▪️ age: 18+;
▪️ volunteers, youth workers, volunteer coordinators or members of youth organizations;
▪️ spoken English;
▪️ participation in volunteer activities;
▪️ interest in developing entrepreneurial competencies and improving volunteer experience.
Program:
▪️ development of entrepreneurial skills for volunteer organizations;
▪️ co-creation: development and conduct of your own workshops;
▪️ creation of an action plan for implementation in your organization.
Funding:
▪️ 100% of food and accommodation costs are covered
▪️ Travel within the limit (depending on the distance)
▪️ Membership fee: €30
